Obv.: no legend, cuirassed bust of Constantine IV facing, beardless, wearing helmet and holding globus cruciger.
Rev.: large value mark M (= 40 Nummi) at center, {KωT} -monogram above (= Sear monogramm no. 35), mint mark SCL below exergual line; standing figures of his brothers flanking: to left Heraclius and to right, Tiberius, each wears chlamys and crown with cross atop and holds a globus cruciger.
