Obv.: VICTORIA - QUEEN , her crowned bust l., bust type "A". The front of the dress has 4 panels. The bottom panel has a single flower just right of center.
Rev.: ONE / QUARTER / ANNA / INDIA / 1862 , in a circle of flowers and leaves. Reverse type I - there are two leaves, one below the first and one below the last digit of the date.
