Obv.: AV K M IOV CЄOV ΦIΛIΠΠOC ЄV , laureate, draped bust of Philip II right, seen from behind, set on globe.
Rev.: ΠEPΓAIΩN, three purses on a "arca ferrata" (a treasure chest, money chest).

The money chest, Latin “arca ferrataâ€, has a fiscal background: the provincial Treasury had been situated in Perge. (cf. Nollé, Die kaiserliche Kasse in Perge, Chiron 17, 1987, S. 251-253)
