Obv.: BAΣIΛE - Ω-Σ POIMHTAΛK-OY , conjoined heads of Rhoemetalkes (diademed) and his queen Pythodoris facing right; oval countermark on necks: PoIMTAΛ (Howego 636, "POIMHTAΛKOY").
Rev.: KAIΣAPOΣ ΣE - BAΣTOY , conjoined heads of Augustus (laureate) and Livia (draped) facing right, capricorn and globe before.
