The infants on the cornucopias represent the twin babies, T. Aurelius Antoninus and Lucilla, born to Faustina II and Marcus Aurelius. The boy died later that year; Lucilla became empress after her marriage to Lucius Verus (164), only to be executed by her brother Commodus in 182.
