Obv.: 光 绪 元 寳 , in a dotted inner circle reading from top to bottom and right to left, Kuang-hsü Yüan-pao; around: Chinese and 4 Manchu chracters (Manchu at top).
Rev.: PEI YANG / TEN CASH , around dragon with fireball (7 flames on top), legend divided by small rosettes, dot in center of rosettes, dragon with bigger body and square mouth. (Pei Yang is another name for the Chihli / Zhili province).
