Obv.: HU POO / * 20 CASH * , dragon within clouds, chasing the pearl of celestial wisdom, 7 flames and an incuse swirl on pearl. 
Rev.: 光 绪 元 寳 , reading from top to bottom and right to left, Guang Xu Yuan Bao (Kuang-hsü Yüan-pao) in a dotted 17 mm inner circle, on top four characters in Manchu outside circle flanked by characters for the Board of Revenue mint; beneath, also outside circle, value in Chinese characters near the bottom of the coin .. 制 钱 二 十 文 ".. zhi qian èr shi wen" which means the coin is worth two (times) ten cash coins .
