Apamea (Myrlea) in Bithynia, ca. 300-203 BC., 
Æ 21 (19-22 mm / 6,19 g), 
Obv.: laureate head of Apollo right. 
Rev.: ΜΥΡΛΕΑ , lyra with seven strings; countermarked by 8-rayed star.

Apameia, originally Myrlea, was renamed, circ. 202 BC., by Prusias I, king of Bithynia, after his wife, Apama. It became a Roman colony, circa 47 BC.
