Rev.: "Bao - Ciowan" , to the left of the square hole, and displayed here, is the Manchu character boo which means "building", used as a transliteration of the Chinese character bao (å®) which means "treasure", right: Manchu "Ciowan" or "Quan" - name for the Board of Revenue Mint, Peking.
