Curtis Clay (author of the original description, see Gemini, LLC Auction III, no. 394): "Yours seems to be from the same dies BOTH SIDES as the Berlin example ... All bust left denarii of Pius after c. 140 are indeed very rare. In 138-9 they are rare too, but more obtainable than the later ones.
